We want you to love your Flavia Nasser product. Because everything we make is created specifically for you, our return policy reflects the personalized nature of our work.
1. Personalized Products Are Non-Returnable
All Flavia Nasser products — Pocket Books, Table Books, Scrapbooks, and Photo Prints — are made to order using photos and personalization details you provide. Because each item is unique and created exclusively for one person, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer dissatisfaction with choices made at the time of order.
This policy is consistent with international consumer protection standards for custom-made and personalized goods.
We strongly recommend reviewing your layout preview carefully before approving. Once approved, the layout is final.
2. When We Will Make It Right
2.1 Production Defects
If your product arrives with a defect caused by our production process — such as a printing error, binding issue, missing pages, or an engraving that does not match your approved layout — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send an email to hello@flavianasser.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
We will review your case and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
2.2 Damage in Transit
If your product arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
2.3 Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period and the carrier confirms the shipment as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please allow the carrier's standard investigation window (typically 10 to 15 business days).
3. Layout Approval & Customer Responsibility
By approving your layout preview, you confirm that:
- All photos are correct and in the desired sequence
- Engraving text and spelling have been reviewed
- You are satisfied with the overall design
We are not liable for defects resulting from information or instructions provided by the customer, including low-resolution photos submitted after being notified of quality concerns.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Stripe and PayPal refund timelines may vary.
5. No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If a replacement is issued due to a confirmed defect, it will be produced to match the original approved layout.
